Ilan Frank
After completing his military service with the Israeli Air Force, Ilan Frank moved to the United States in 1989. He worked his way up through the security industry, ultimately launching his own business—Crime Alert Security—in 1994. For nearly three decades, this family-operated company has provided national monitoring and specializes in UL-certified security alarms, IP camera systems with live video monitoring powered by AI, and corporate badge access as a proud Hattrix partner. While matching the scale and service of national providers, Crime Alert distinguishes itself with the personal touch and trust of a locally owned company.
In 1999, Ilan met his wife Kristin on a soccer field. They married in 2001 and blended their five children into one family. Today, Ilan leads a team of nearly 100 employees with a signature blend of humor and appreciation. His entrepreneurial ventures expanded into franchising with multiple locations of European Wax Centers, Amazing Lash Studios, and most recently, Restore Hyper Wellness Centers. Through Restore, Ilan is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves by optimizing mind and body through cutting-edge wellness science.
A firm believer in the power of respectful leadership, Ilan lives by his personal mission: “I love life.” He is also a committed supporter of local charities including Volunteers of America, Make-A-Wish, March of Dimes, WEAVE, and Mutual Housing. When not managing businesses, Ilan enjoys traveling the world with his wife and visiting their five children and three grandchildren, now spread across the country.
“What drew me to Frontline First and made me want to serve on the board was truly your mission statement—it deeply resonated with me, especially given my background in military and security, and my current family values. What first responders endure—what they see and relive every day—can be horrific. It is our duty, as members of society, to give back to those in our community who give so much for us.”
